ranging from $15/hr - $25/hr
You will be assigned a specific tutor as well as a time and day to meet. That time slot is reserved just for you. You will be charged for all days that you are scheduled to meet, regardless of attendance, with the exception of school closures, and tutor cancellations, or school sponsored trips.
There are no long term contracts to sign, or any required testing fees. All you have to do is sign up and choose your payment option:
Weekly pay: A deposit of 3 weeks is required up front prior to the start of the tutorials. Payment must be made at each tutorial with the deposit being applied for the final three weeks. Any remaining money will be refunded the following month
Monthly pay: A deposit of 6 weeks is required up front prior to the start of the tutorials. You will be billed each month for the previous month with the bill being due on the 20th of the month. The deposit will be applied to your final bill, with any remaining money being refunded the follwoing month.
A two weeks written notice is required to reduce or cease tutorials. Failure to give this notice will result in your being charged for these last two weeks in full. This notice is not necessary at the end of the school year as we assume that all tutorials will cease at this time, unless you request summer tutorials.
Another option is to call in advance of each session. The tutorial will be based on tutor availability.For this option, payment is required prior to the session.
We understand that sometimes, the need may arise for you to reschedule your tutorials. As long as you contact your tutor at least 24 hours in advance and they are able to meet your accomodations, you will not incur any charges for this reschedule. If for some reason, you do not attend your scheduled session and do not notify your tutor in advance, you will be charged in full for the missed session. If you choose to make up the missed session, you will need to contact your tutor to schedule an "extra session". Payment is due for all extra sessions at the time of service.
You are encouraged to schedule extra tutorials as needed. Especially prior to big tests, or exams. Payment for these extra tutorials is always due at the time of service.
