Our company has been a family owned and operated business for over ten years. Our business has grown from two to twenty employees over the years expanding to several locations to better serve the community. It is apparent, however, that the competitive landscape in the tutoring industry has taken a significant change.  These changes reflect the current economic environment.  With the owner, Karen Riss', retirement also being within site, it became time to make some changes to allow our tutors to continue serving the community. 

Mrs. Riss will continue to work with her current students as she has made a commitment in that regard.  She will continue to tutor at Randolph during the day, taking on some additional students, but only at that location. She will remain available as a mentor as education and the future welfare of students of all ages is her passion.

In an attempt to ensure the community's continued access to the quality of tutors that Tutoring One On One, Inc., has provided over the past ten years, Mrs. Riss is restructuring.  Most of the tutors formerly with  Tutoring One On One, Inc. will continue to provide their services independently, with this web site being updated  with their contact information. 

These changes will allow continuing clients  to receive the same quality of tutoring as they have in the past. This restructuring is a sign of our continued commitment to our past customers, as well as the dedication of our Highly Qualified Tutors/Teachers.  Tutoring will be held at a location that is convenient to both the tutor and the client and all responsibility of this will be on the individual tutors as they are no longer employed by Tutoring One On One, Inc.

Our Tutors will continue on their own  to serve their student's needs. Their goal is 100% customer satisfaction.  They strive to bring you the best in quality service. If something isn't right, please let them know.
